The Sindh High Court has strictly forbidden the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and its legal counsels from giving any disparaging statements regarding the Test leg-spinner Danish Kaneria, and also summoned the officials to appear before the court on July 26,
for constantly keeping the player away from the national team.
Kaneria’s lawyer, Dr Farrugh Naseem said that the court has given the order seeing that the player was a great asset for his team and had been offering useful http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Services-c840 for his team, which should be valued.
Naseem also explained that his client filed a petition asking the board to allow him to play in Test cricket, or, provide him with the proper reason for being sidelined for so long.
He also told the court that no investigation of match-fixing is pending against Kaneria, despite this fact, the PCB has kept him away from international cricket for the last eight months.

Kaneria stated that he was forced to seek help from the court, as he had been waiting for almost nine months from the board to give him the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Main-c73911 reason for which he had been ignored.

“I have a family to take care of and I am a professional cricketer. My career and financial position is suffering because of the refusal of the board to clear me for national selection”, added Kaneria.
Kaneria has been serving as one of the most remarkable Test spinners for almost seven years since 2003, as he has played 61 Test matches claiming 261 wickets at an average of 34.79, including best bowling figures of 7/77.
PCB legal advisor, Tafazzul Rizvi has cleared that they will follow the court orders and will challenge Kaneria’s petition.
