Sinfonico enjoying highest odds for Betdaq Cheltenham Preview With Paddy Brennan Handicap at Kempton
The bookmakers are rating Sinfonico quite highly for the Betdaq Cheltenham Preview With Paddy Brennan Handicap, being held at Kempton on Wednesday, March 07, 2012.
The 1m2f event is an important race, which will commence at 18:00 (GMT). The going is standard and seven quality contestants are geared up to show their magic. The high profile Class-2 meeting holds a cash prize of £9,836.
The names of the participants are: Sinfonico, True To Form, Licence To Till, Sunset Kitty, Fanditha, Taaresh and Tartan Trip.
Sinfonico is currently heading the betting card, following his decent performance last time around. The four-year-old made his last outing on February 29, when he managed to finish among top three in the Free Entry For Betdaq Members Handicap at Kempton.
It was Sinfonico’s comeback race, as he ran for the first time after November last year. A decent performance might have booted up his confident to some extent and it will be slightly tough for his rivals to control his skills. So far in his career, the
gelding has sealed a couple of wins.
True To Form is also coming into this battle after a reasonable performance. The punters don’t need much of a memory to recall his previous race, as he made his last trip on March 03.
In the Mike Lilley 60th Birthday Handicap, Ronald Harris’ trainee remained a bit unlucky, missing second slot by a short head distance. The five-year-old holds a terrific track record, as he has clinched eight wins so far in his career.
Licence To Till is currently undergoing a severe slump. In his latest outing at St Moritz, the five-year-old completed the order of finish in the Gubelin 73 Grosser Preis Von St Moritz. Since his two successive wins in October-November, the gelding has been
struggling with his form.
Prediction
Sinfonico is in good shape to outplay his rivals in today’s race. Despite the fact that victories seem to have dried up for Richard Hannon’s trainee, his chances cannot be overlooked.
True To Form looks only big threat whereas Licence To Till will aim to get back to his best. No matter who tastes success, it will surely be an entertaining event.
