Sing lower notes?

ok well.. i have a sort of low voice.. umm.. i can sing from an F two octaves below middle C to the first D above middle C.. but i want to be able to sing at least two notes lower.. how can i like.. do this? is there like some training involved? if so what is it?

do your regular warm ups but keep getting lower.  you'll eventually expand your range.  it worked with me because i could only sing to an E below middle C but now i can hit an octive below middle C.
