Malaysia, of course!

Hong Kong and Singapore are great cities, but Malaysia's natural beauty and beautiful beaches should draw you in more than the neon lights.

It all depends what you wanna do & see and YES, how much money do you wanna spend. Shopping & eating are all good in 3. But I would consider going to HK since you can also do a day trip to Macau or Shen Zhen. If time allows, you can even take a bus from SZ to Guangzhou (only 2 hrs trip)

I have been to all three places before, and I'd recommend Hong Kong to you.

Hong Kong's public transportation is amazingly simple, and there are buses everywhere that will lead you to different tourist destinations. There are nice places to go, the better ones including Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland. Other places are quite good too, just get a tour guide for a day to tell him to bring you around town. The food there, especially the dim sum (chinese delicacies) is made fresh only when you order it.

of course, I'm not saying that Malaysia and Singapore aren't good. Malaysia has a lot of cultural spots, along with Singapore. Between the two countries, I'd recommend Singapore because the transport system in Malaysia is really bad. Quite a vast amount of history in both places. However, Malaysia has a huge variety of food in places like Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur and Sabah/Sarawak. Singapore's food isn't that tasty, but the range of food there is nearly the same as Malaysia's.
