I was dining at Villa Bali this evening. It was fine until they shifted us to outside, beside a smoking couple. I asked the waiter to change table as I am asthmatic and couldn't stand the smoke. However, the waiter said they can't shift us. I asked for the manager. The manager, his name is Bernard, came up to me, and (hear this)shouted at me for making such a scene. When I again requested to change table, he even said "Don't treat me like a dog!". At this time, I was both so angry and shocked because my request is legitimate and not at all making a scene, and that such a prestigious place as Villa Bali could hire such an Ah Beng manager! No matter what, I am still the customer and as a manager, you should never shout at a customer! I am totally disgusted by this incident and will never go nor recommend anyone to go Villa Bali again! The question I would like to ask Villa Bali is, how do you run business without customers in mind?
