Singapore Beach Road Army Market?

Hey,i heard somewhere that the army market in beach road sells lanyards,not those kind that holds your worker pass.I mean the kinds the military uses,and alot of uniform group does as well?Don;t know how to explain but yeah,Do they sell those kind of military lanyards?How much?And must you be from the army or such to buy,or do you just go and buy?
