I'm from the Philippines and I'm planning to get an Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate so I can look for work in Sg. What kind of visa do I need to apply for so I can take my time in looking for a job? Let's say for 6 months ...

you will not need a visa to enter Singarpore , you could go there if you have time , and look for a job while there , if you can afford it ?you will need your CV jobs qualifications etc.
