That's a bit difficult. For steamboat buffet you could try Marina South. The buffet there range from $10 to $20 (approximately). You could check the price before committing with any of the restaurant cos they do provide free transport from Marina Bay MRT Station (at the Bus-Stop) and back to the MRT Station. But you got to wait quite long for the return trip and I suggest you take the bus avaliable at many points.

Suntec has this porridge buffet is <$10, cannot remember the name, maybe it's called Joaqium, call the reception & ask.

Do u mean buffets in a restaurant or buffets u want to cater for party?If in restaurant u need to wait for promotion.if u want to cater for party is just what kind of food u want or how many ppl u are cater for.There are prices ranges from $8-$30 depends on the food n the number of ppl u are catering for.
