Singer 9410 Bobbin

Question

Hello I have a singer 9410 - and the plastic part that the bobbin thread fits into (part no. 14) has come loose from the machine. I am not all that mechanical unfortunately haha. When I try to re-insert it it seems loose and it does not stitch correctly. I think I did not put it in right. Seems like some of it must go under the metal plate but I am not sure which part or how to put it in correctly. This must sound retarded. But please help. Thanks!

When I start to sew the thread just bunches up. Seems like others have this problem. Is there a solution to this problem. I have a singer 9410
