Singer sewing machine model 9410

Singer sewing machine model 9410 - Seems like each time I change bobbin I have trouble sewing. 1. Plastic case bobbin sits in comes loose - finally think I have metal bar over that securely.2. It's skipping stitches.3. stitches are uneven.3. fabric doesn't move by itself, if I help it along, thread bunches up.this assistance won't let me go on unless I choose a category. There is no category for sewing machinesor anything close. I choose washer!!
