Singing and dancing waiters?

I was in NYC a few years back and my family and I ate at Ellen's Stardust Diner where the waiters and waitresses were dancing and singing. It was so much fun...I was just wondering if anyone knew of any similar sort of place in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Max's Opera Cafe in Opera Plaza - no dancing, but there is a piano player, and the waiter and waitresses all sing popular arias from the opera and showtunes.  Some of them are very good.
