  1. No. Working Tax Credits cut off is 12,900. You don't count as the main carer of the children. Child tax Credits is paid to the person who gets the child benefit paid to them for the children

  2. yeah, your kids are eligible dependents and you are their caretaker so you have two credits right there.

    Also it depends if you are divorced or not.
