Single person living in New-Jersey with $4500 p/M?

Please .... can somebody provide details about tax and how feasible it is to live in NJ state with $4500 for a single person. What are the major expenses one sees coming his way & how can some savings be done?

  1. the major expensive is rent of house...i think it wud be arround 800-1000 pm of a gud home in gud city.. ur income is gud... if u wanna save money jus live in a apartment it wud b cheaper.


  2. where would you be residing in NJ, where do u work, you can leave as paying guest that will be much cheaper then renting your own apt. 4500/mth should be enough for you only but r u married, do u have kids. then it's little hard can manage but with tight budget

  3. Where in NJ? If you're talking Bergen County, you'd better budget well because rent on a small apartment will be in the neighborhood of $1500-$2000 a month, depending on where you go. The further away from NYC you go, the cheaper it will be to live, but then you have to figure commuting expenses.
