Singles holidays, Ireland?

Question

Does anyone know of any group or company in Ireland that organises holidays for single people? My dad died a few years ago and my mother wants to go away on holidays but she has no one to go with. I've looked up the internet but there doesnt seem to be any company that does singles holiday...in Ireland anyway.

As far as i can remember they do holidays from ireland too plus the holidays are for different age groups eg 25 - 35 or over 45 etc
