ok so tortellini is like a group of the noodles, what is a singular noodle of tortellini called?

  1. I just use the same word. Like, "I just took a bite out of this delicious tortellini on my fork."

    From my knowledge of Italian, I'd say it's prolly "tortellino," though.

  3. When have you ever eaten just one???  It's a collective noun...like moose.  You have way too much time on your hands.  Why don't you cook some tortellini (or one tortelline?????lol) and enjoy it.
