I think you may have fluid in your ears and that can cause dizziness.  If you are taking decongestants, then you maybe dehyrdated and cause dizziness.

try a plain old saline spray for your nose.  it can help thin and clear out the sinuses.  as for the dizziness that could be from an ear infection or buildup from stuffed sinuses.  if it continues i would see a dr.  try a decongestant also.  if your sinuses are full it will cause your ears to "fill up" as they can not drain properly.
