my suggestion would be to drop a year, work harder and reappear for the exam in 2009.

Admission to  WB colleges will entirely depend upon your state rank and not on the AIR.so but you have not written clearly that is it your state rank or AIR.

If its AIR: HAVE LOADS OF FUN..........becoz u will surely get admission
