Manchester United’s manager has emphasized that his club will not spend big money on players in the summer transfer window like their blue neighbours as their policy in the summer transfer window has been to sign young players
and make them into superstars...
Sir Alex Ferguson recently made it clear that Manchester United will not try and match Manchester City’s spending trend in the summer transfer window as the Red Devils operate on a different wave length than the Premier League
champions.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s team recently ended the English Premier League season trophy-less, level on points with Manchester City but second in the league table due to their inferior goal difference than the Citizens. Manchester United
almost retained their league title but it was City who stole the show in their match against Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 as the Red Devils were left devastated due to Aguero and Dzeko’s two late strikes at the Etihad stadium.
Manchester United’s manager said, "We invest in young players. That is what we are good at – we're not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that City are going to spend fortunes, pay stupid money, pay
silly salaries and all that. We can't do anything about that. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. “
He added, "We invest in players who will be with the club for a long time, who will create the character of the club, who will create excitement for our fans, and we are very proud of that and we are going to continue that way.
We're good at it. If you are good at it then stick with it. We also have some maturity in the team.”
Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-Scholes-c29394 will also be staying with Manchester United for another season at least as the Red Devils are set to mount a title offensive next season against Manchester City in order to
recapture the trophy that has eluded them this season.
