The Manchester United manager and central defender have come out and praised Kagawa’s start at Old Trafford as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rio-Ferdinand-c31173 has hailed his impressive awareness and sharpness on the pitch whereas Sir Alex has praised the Japanese

Rio Ferdinand and Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Shinji-Kagawa-c33364 is doing at Manchester United. The former Borussia Dortmund midfielder was signed by Manchester United at
the start of the summer transfer window and he has become a part of their pre-season squad which is currently touring.
United lost the English Premier League title race last season to Manchester City in a close title race which saw both the Manchester clubs ending the season level on points. However it was City who edged the race due to goal difference
and won the league title.
As a result of the criticism aimed at Manchester United’s midfield, Sir Alex’s first move this summer was to strengthen the creative department and that is exactly why Kagawa was brought into the club. The Red Devils will benefit
from Kagawa’s versatile nature as he can play as a secondary striker but he can also play as a traditional trequartista or a central midfielder.
Rio Ferdinand said, "I've been very, very impressed. I'd seen him play for Dortmund on TV and I looked on YouTube. He's been fantastic. He's quick, he's sharp, he has great awareness, he plays off both feet. I'm excited about playing
with him and getting the season started.”
Sir Alex added, "The thing that's quite impressed me is that every exercise we do on the training ground, he's never needed it to be explained. After one demonstration, he joins in as if he's known the language forever. Of course,
we know he doesn't speak the language, but it isn't a problem.”
United are looking to add more depth to their squad at the moment as they are chasing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Luka-Modric-c22857 although the Spurs midfielder might be out of their
price range.
