Click the link for Know Your PAN. Enter your information.

Then

Click the link for Online Application for Request for New PAN Card Or/ And Changes Or Correction in PAN Data (PAN Change Request Form.

You can get your PAN from the web site WWW.incometaxindia.gov.in

by giving details of your Full name and birthdate in the feature available " Know Your PAN".

You are also required to file complain ,if you think your PAN card is misued.

After getting your PANO ,youhave  toapply for duplicate PAN Card. Form for applying duplicate PAM card is available on WEB SITE or you can contact our CA OR to me on [e-mail]
