the flat in husbands name,gifted to... without wifes knowledge can the name be transfered/changed n i have given letter to society no to change or on rent they say i am not the member of the society but i am staying 4m last 7 years n if i want to have society letter for passport they r not giving me from the society what to do help me i am in great problems what are the laws for women/wife
