Sirius Satellite In Mexico City?

Hi everyone, looking to see if I purchase Sirius radio now before I move to Mexico City, will I be able to get the stations when I move.

Short and quick is it's illegal in Mexico as the mexican government doesn't allow sirius or XM to broadcast into Mexico

But reports are it can be caught in Mexico city however you may need a outside antenna for reception and a contenental US or Canadian address for the subscription
