Sirius satellite radio: good reception in your house in a rural area?

I live out in the country in Ohio, and i'm gonna be using my satellite radio in my house. Will i get good reception?

  1. Satelite radio will require and antenna outside.

    If you have wifi in your house you can listen to internet radio pretty much all of sirius satelite channels on a Stiletto 2/100


  2. If you can put the antenna outside, pointing either straight up or north with no obstructions (trees, etc.), you should be fine.

    You probably won't get a good signal if the antenna is inside though.

    Sirius has ground repeaters in larger cities like Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati.  They only have a range of 10-20 miles though.
