Today after linking my p990i to the pc as mass storage my P990i rebooted and start showin the mentioned error

the phone eventually boots up BUT there are no SIS installed apps available only the JAVA based ones..

Has anyone else had this?Does anyone know what this error is?and does anyone know how to fix it??
Same problem, creates file and web management problems howver on P1i
