Sisters of Misery by Megan Kelley Hall?

I've heard a bit about this book and I thought I might give it ago.

I've been searching for another book to read, but this one is fairly recent so I can't find many reviews.

So I was wondering, if you've read it, did you like it?

And is there a website or anything that may have the first chapter or something, that I could read?

As the author, I'm a bit biased, but I would say Yes, definitely, give it a go! :) I've compiled a bunch of reviews on my blog that can be accessed on my website at www.megankelleyhall.com.  I also created a MySpace page at www.sistersofmisery.com, which gives more information about the book.  I will definitely consider putting up the first chapter to help people make the decision of whether or not they would like to read SISTERS OF MISERY.  If you do read it, I hope you enjoy it!
