You See, I've Just Made My Own RPG And I Know How To Make Everything EXCEPT That I Don't Know How To Make I Log In And Sign Up Script! I've Been To Websites That Tell Me How To Make One But They Seem Too Difficult. Can Anybody Tell Me The Easy Way?

Google PHP, ASP.NET, Ajax, etc, depending on what you want to use + user management. There are many sites that have code sorted by category and user management is the category you're looking for.
