Those sites are most likely blocked because the network that you are connected to has restrictions on the websites that you can access. If you are accessing from a school or work, then you would have to speak to the network administrator about this.

If you are working from home you should speak to your internet provider as they should not be blocking websites on your behalf, unless you have set a content filter of some kind.
