  2. I'm not going to hunt down those sites for you, I just wanted to pass on something that my students very much enjoyed. I taught them a simple joke: five or six lines, and had them learn it word for word. Then for homework they had to tell it to at least five different people. The confidence this gave them was amazing, since for many this was the first time they felt they really communicated in English. Having people laugh at a joke you told in a foreign language is very rewarding. I urge you to try it.
