When you get a coupon, a list of retailers in your area should be included.  There is also a list of online retailers.  You can find both here:

Put in your address at the bottom of the form for the list in your area.

Most of the retailer chains are participating such as:

Best Buy

Circuit City

Kmart

RadioShack

Sears

Target

Wal-Mart

Various local and regional retailers.
