There are no webcams in the interior of a cruise ship but several cruise companies have ships with webcams on the outside.  Check out the following:

There are a couple of webcams that give you a glimpse of the ports where the ships sail in and out of.  On the weekends, you can usually check out all the ships in port and, in the case of the Port of Miami, actually watch the ships as they pull away and depart.  Check the following:

To the best of my knowledge there are NO WEBCAMS on ANY cruise ship, nor will there be in this world.. if it's not a technical impossibility, then it's an illegal one.

Cruise ships have web cams for the outside of the ship - you can see where it is docked and where it is going.  Some cruise ships - like Princess, have web cams in their chapels for weddings.  That is it!
