anyone remember this song? who is it by? why didnt he have a cell phone?

Primitive Radio Gods and back then it was a "Brick".  I saw them with their opening band--Matchbox 20 in Portland.  Cell phones were so for the rich people.  I remember them being grungy...doubt they could've owned one of those bricks.
