Question:

Sitting up straight?

I heard it was bad to slouch in your chair.

I hate slouching, but when I sit up straight it hurts my back.

Is this a bad thing or is my back just getting use to it?

  1. Your back is just getting used to it. Don't sit up so straight that it's like you're in a hard-backed chair, though, that really isn't necessary. When you're standing up, try and stand up straight. People will respect you more, your first impressions on people will be better, and you'll feel better, too!

P.S. A great way to improve posture and general health is to do yoga.
