Sittingbourne: Sittingbourne Maiden OR – Preview
Sittingbourne greyhound racing track is set to host the Sittingbourne Maiden Open Race event on Sunday, February 5 at 18:20. With prize money worth of £150, the race will be held on 480m long flat course.
Following six hounds will test their mettles in the weekend’s thriller.

Dream Walker
Trained by M Daniels, the black dog has been performing well since the dawn of the current calendar year. The four-year-old won two races in a row in January 2012, boosting up his confidence to a great extent and establishing himself as a potential

Ballybrook
The J Coleman-trained dog finished first with a slight margin in his last race on January, 29. He was sent as the 7 to 4 favourite for that event. Before this, he had won another race on January 14. The talented hound also grabbed a couple of good
victories in December, 2011.
Starting his career on June 7, 2011, the son of Ace Hi Rumble, out of Stole The Show has bagged 9 triumphs so far. His outstanding stats depict that the black dog will vigorously fight for the top spot in tomorrow’s clash. His chances to win are also
tantamount to those of Dream Walker.
Fawkham Rocky
The trainee of B O'Sullivan also grabbed two consecutive wins in January, 2012, despite sent as the non-favourite. Before this, he won an important race with a huge margin of 8 ¾ lengths in December, 2011. The black dog has achieved 8 triumphs overall
in his career which began in April, 2011.
The son of Boherduff Light, out of Havetogonow is expected to make big marks on Sunday. He has almost 80 percent chances to notch up the top position.
Take Me There
With three wins out of four races to his credit, the trainee of D Brabon is likely to galvanise an upset in the coming contest. Since making his debut in December 2011, the black dog has been delivering eye catching performances which have made him
a potential competitor, who will surely give a tough time to his experienced rivals tomorrow. He has seventy percent chances to thrive.
Gavs The One
This novice hound is also trained by B O'Sullivan. The white and black dog has bagged four triumphs coupled with three favourite tags in just three months into his career. He stood first in his last clash with a big margin of 7 lengths. If the son
of Premier Fantasy and Laughil Lass perpetuates his momentum, he has sixty percent chances to win this competition.
Monlena Rumble
The G Coney-trained dog has accomplished three excellent wins out of five career races so far. He finished first by 8 ¼ lengths in his last race on January 29. Before this, he won his first two races in a row in October-December 2011. The young black
dog has seventy percent chances to stand for success on the weekend.
Conclusion
In the light of the above analysis, it is concluded that Dream Walker, Ballybrook and Fawkham Rocky will have fierce fight for the top rank in Sittingbourne Maiden contest. However, Take Me There and Monlena Rumble will also exhibit enough resistance.
