  1. Paris,

you should be the last one to correct anyone "PTA" or Peta, when you don't even know how to spell what you are "veggitarian"?

But were the roaches going to be chocolate coated?

A chocolate covered roach, is a terrible thing to waste.

    I hope they reconsider.

  2. well 1st thing its PTA not peta and i think that is discusting and wrong. i am a veggitarian and if you were a cockroach would you like to be eaten?????

  3. I really don't care. I don't like the taste of cockroaches they're too salty...

  4. I think that it's wrong to eat animals or use them in any way.

However, PETA could have made far more impact by campaigning for veganism. If someone accepts veganism as a moral baseline, they'll automatically reject these kinds of things, vivisection, etc. etc. So there's no need to do single issue campaigns. I think they should direct their efforts towards promoting veganism as a whole, things like this may distract from the bigger picture or give the wrong impression, e.g. "It's wrong to wear fur but leather is alright" or "Fast food chains are bad but supermarket meat and animal produce is good". Starting with veganism, all of the bases can be touched.

  5. A cockroach eating contest at Six Flags?

It's the end of civilization as we know it.

Perhaps we will go the way of the Roman Empire.

  6. gee, there goes all the fun

  7. ugh that's just gross. I'm vegetarian and I don't really have a problem with it. Like it's no different than eating a cow.

  8. Six Flags probably decided it was cruelty to humans

  9. eat some spyder
