I am looking to go to an amusement park where there are a lot of thrill rides and a place where the whole family can have fun (babies to seniors). Please tell me the pros and cons of each one - I have only been to Dorney Park recently and the other ones I haven's been to in a long time.

  1. Go to Disney World. :)

  2. six flags nj easily

they have the tallest and fastest rollercoaster

    Kingda Ka (steel)

    Height 456 ft (139 m)

    Drop 418 ft (127 m)

Max speed 128 mph in 3.5 secs

    max vertical angle 90

    El Toro (wooden)

    Height 181 ft (55 m)

    Drop 176 ft (54 m)

    Max speed 70 mph (110 km/h)

    max vertical angle 76

El Toro:  It has the steepest drop of any wooden roller coaster in the world, at 76 degrees. It is the third tallest (188 ft) and third fastest (70 mph) wooden roller coaster in the world.

    Nitro(steel)

    Height 230 ft (70 m)

    Drop 215 ft (66 m)

    Length 5,394 ft (1,644 m)

    max speed 80

Nitro is a steel roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. It was opened in the spring 2001 and was the tallest, fastest roller coaster in New Jersey at the time (the titles of fastest and tallest coaster in the world, let alone New Jersey, now belong to Kingda Ka, which can also be found in Six Flags Great Adventure), as well as the tallest on the East Coast of the United States.

theres 3 amazing reasons to go to Six Flags Great Adventure

  3. six flags hands down.

  4. Go to Hershey.  While the thrill rides aren't are crazy as six flags & dorney, they still have a lot of coaster variety and some seem crazy enough to me that I wouldn't ride them (I'm not a fan of going upside down).  Plus Hershey has a great selection of wooden coasters that you won't get at the other parks.

The best benefit of Hershey for your situation is that it has a great set of shows for those that aren't ride lovers.  And it also has a small zoo (free with admission) along with a couple very tame rides (monorail, skyway, kissing tower, etc).  And it has the Hershey Chocolate World as well (free) that gives you a very tame ride will showing you how Herhsey chocolate is made.

  5. I think dorney is most suitable for all ages because thriller rides are for teens-middle aged. Little rides for little kids. And the water park is great for everyone. Sixflags has alot of thriller and is ok to me. Hershey, not sure. ^^"
