haha...i asked my boyfriend the exact same question when we were watching it!!!

he got smacked in the face and his mouth was bleeding (should really have been put in the blood bin and got it sorted, but do they ever?)

did look like he was wearing a rather dashing shade of red lippy though :p

No, he could have been wearing Lipsl, essential if he had cut lips, i know it  sounds puffy and weak but think, do you want pus oozing from your lip because it's infected? Or it could have ben where he was hit in the mouth or lip and it bled.
