I think you should go to Six Flags it is so fun on the fourth of July if you purchase a flash pass then you would be fine even if it was packed.

I wouldn't....those places are going to be packed!  The only water park I can think of thats not at 6 flags is Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ.  Or there are a few down by the Jersey shore.  Traffic is going to be a nightmare though
