how to get 6 pack abs as fast as possible

  2. dude do what i did it takes 2 weeks the most if u have a flat tummy if uhave fats it might take little longer .  

    run in the morning  as much as u can

    dont eat fats

    less calories

    situps as muc as u can in a routine

  4. Depends on your current condition... I am also working towards getting Abs. I have worked hard in Gym for last 5 months. I was too fat earlier, but I have a flat tummy now. I can see my Upper abs as well, working on lower abs these days.

    I do cardio everyday, and check out Youtube for "8 minutes Abs" workout... that is really effective.

  5. How fast you get abs depends on your present condition.

    If you are overweight then it will take longer.

    Crunches and situps are good exercises to develop the abs.  As for having weight on feet, you can just hook your feet under a barbell or a couple of dumbells even.  Or you can have a buddy hold your ankles.

    Once you have the abs built up they might not show if you have some bodyfat.  You will need to do some cardio to work the fat off.  My favourite cardio is swimming.  But I also play hockey and ride a bike which contributes to cardio.  Running is a good cardio also.

  6. get something heavy to hold your feet down, and do situps. 100 per day. it took me about 1 week to get great abs this way.

    the weight holding your feet down helps you only work out your abs, without working out your legs.
