  1. B

    ?

  2. REASON:

18 people is 3 times as many as 6 (18/6=3)

"?" machines is 3 times as many as 3 (?/3=3)

    ANSWER:

3 times as many as 3 machines is 9 (?=3*3=9)

    Therefore (B)

    Do you see?

Of course this is assuming a great deal, in real life it shall depend on if those people are trained on the machines. If we do assume this then we might say that the minimum in nine. But maybe the number would increase greatly as before perhaps they were limited by some factor which is removed when there are more people.

  3. 9.

  4. B  9

  5. considering the efficiency of all the people same and they work alike and also all the machines are similar then the answer is b 9

  6. B.9

  7. That is easy. THe answer is 9.

If 6 people can run 3 machines then three times as many can run three times 3 machines which is 9 machines.

  8. RDQ. I guess the answer would be who knows? What sort of machines? What sort of people? Maybe it takes 4 people to run 1 machine in the first group but only 1 each for the other 2 machines. Maybe the new machines need 22 (plucking a figure out of the air) people to run each of the machines. Unfortunately, workers are human and economics mean money and you can not trivialize either.
