and get enishi

can i special summon it without any conditions? or do i just send it to the grave

no. you must remove them. If the card says that you can  ONLY summon that card by doing something, that is the only way you can summon it. If your opponent calls it level wrong you still can't summon it

No cannot but continue reasoning until u get a card that can normal summon.

reasoning states pick up cards until you find a monster that can be normal summoned and enshi cannot so pass him to grave and keep milling through deck

its simple you cannot special summon enishi, like they said you dump him to the grave until you get a acrd that can be normal summoned weather or not it is more than four stars
