  1. Govt has approved the ' RECOMMENDATIONS' but not the 'SALARIES' . Nobody knows what will be his salary today or what it would have been on 1.01,2006 in new BANDS. Even the band 4 is also not known for its fitment to old scales. it was Prime Minister's gimmick to collect applauds form Lal Quila on Independance day, after that 11 days have passed and everybody is in confusion about the 'salary' or pension what one will be getting? Koudos to Govt.
