Size Converter? US TO UK?

ok i live in the us and I'm planning on ordering from the uk so if I'm a size 3 what size would i be in the uk?

if its shoes it will be size 5, with all ladies shoes you go up by two sides

In the UK in clothes we dont have uneven sizes. Its 4, 6, 8, 10 etc.

I believe our sizes are 2 above yours.

For instance I am size 12 here so in the States would be an 8.

As for the uneven sizes maybe some of the designer makes size like that but as I cant afford to shop at them my knowledge is sketchy.
