In the Pittsburgh Curling Club we use hockey rinks and we use water droplets before each match.  We rent out the Robert Morris University facilities.  The dimensions are still mentioned as in the above answer.

One sheet is 146 feet long... The width can vary from 14'2" to 16'5"...

And you don't curl on a hockey rink... They type of ice is totally different... Hockey ice should be smooth, whereas curling is should have 'pebble', little bumps on the ice which are caused by spraying water droplets onto the ice...  Hockey ice is maintained using a Zamboni, which makes smooth ice...
