Size of p***s, some questions

Question

Just wondering, when people say or ask how big their penises are, do they mean the size (length) with an erection? Or without? That question has been making me curious for a long time...

Also, is my p***s the right size for my height and age: I'm 14 (and a half) years old, 6ft tall, and 133 pounds, my p***s is 6 in long more or less with an erection, or varies from 2in to 4in w/o an erection.

Yeah they talk about it being erect most of the time!

And you are tall and well grown for your age, 6 inches being the average adult you are fine!

flaccid does not matter !
