Skate Park Demo Problems?

Well here is Our Problem

I am a rider on a Skate team called Step 2 Skate team....but the thing is we are not that much of a big team, we are like noticed but not too noticed like skate shops. So I wrote a message asking Mature Skate Team if we can merge together for one demo for all of the fans we know...so they said sure....they said where at...I Said A Skate park near us...But I am not sure if we need approval from the Township or what...someone please tell me if they know anything on what to do.
