I am looking to buy new skates for this season. I plan on buying RBK Pump skates but I'm not sure of the sizing. I wear a size 11 U.S. shoe and I'm trying to find chart to show skate to size.

  1. I have a pair of RBK Pump skates.  I would say that you should buy your skates approximately 1-2 sizes smaller than your shoe size.  You will have to decide the exact size based on how long you want to use the skate.  Also, baking is a great way to help size your skates.  After you buy them, they throw them in a special microwave and you then put them on, and they mold to your foot to give you a better overall fit.   This helps to break them in faster and relieve any possible foot pain.  I highly recommend it.

  2. For hockey skates, the sizes are approx. 1.5 to 2 sizes smaller than your shoe size. My shoe size at the time I got my last skates (3 months ago) was 10, so I got size 8.5 length and D width Reeboks (i know nothing about width). The people at the shop recommended what I said earlier with room for error depending on foot width. Hope that helped my current skates are better feeling than my sneakers...but not my slippers. The skate size could also change through different brands brands. When you bake the skates it should fit perfectly.

  3. I wear a size 10.5 or 11 U.S. shoe + wearing thin socks fit into 8.5 CCM Super Tacks
