Skate board bearings question?

should i get zero black widow abec 7, zero black widow abec 5, bones swiss, bones swiss labrynth, or any bearings you can think of

just tell me why i should get what kind, or name a different kind

also, i have reds now and i want something that rolls longer

well the abec rating is like how good they are higher they are better they should be the best ive skated were my lucky abec 5s but you might be diff just try out difernt types till you find one you like, like when you pick out a new deck try differnt companys cause not every skateboard is made the same and some you might like more then others
