Skate shop buisness?

ok say me n a couple of friends want to start a skate shop how would we be able to start one we are 18 and have enough money to do so .....

where could we buy the boards ?

how could we buy the products do we pay full price since you own the store?

You would have to contact the individual companies and purchase directly. You could also buy massive large lots of ebay for low price and turn around and mark them up.
