  1. from factorys that make them. every brand of skateboard like flip or plan b etc has their own factory that produces their decks. each brand makes their decks slightly different in shape, and in the graphics on the bottom of the deck, which is what makes them unique to their own companys.

i could ramble on for longer, but i would just go off topic, so i hope this helps

  2. Well there's only one site that i can think of off the top of my head.

But skate shops buy  their products form other distributors. The distributors Sell Their Product to retail stores or skateshops ONLY. So no ordinary customer can buy online. I think you have to have to have a license. The Distributors sell the product to skate shops lower than retail price.

    Go to this site :

    skatelink.com

  3. Skate shops usually get their boards directly from the companies. You have to call and get set up with a rep to open an account.

Basically you have to submit your paperwork and get approved as a legit reseller and business. Once you can verify that stuff and set up an account, the more you order at one time, the cheaper the price of boards. Half price of retail is about as low as they get if you're a shop.

  4. i know there is one company that the skate shops can order from and everything is like half price.
