  2. Okay you will need 1 deck .

    That's the board .

I would start with a cheap one .

    Like a blank which isn't a name brand .

Then 2 trucks , two of them usually cost from 12 $ to 50 $ . & yes they come with bushings and kingins . I would get ventures , silver or destructos .

Wheels autobahn spitfire or plan b wheels are good .

Griptape doesn't matter , but MOB griptape is good .

You will need hardware to put everything together .

And bearings you need 8 , 2 on each wheel , they make the wheel spin .

Bones reds bearings are good and cheap .

I reccomed getting Risers which are plastic in between your trucks and board , they help for you not to get "wheel bite" which is when your moving your wheels grinds against the board . And risers also prevents pressure cracks .

    Goto www.ccs.com or www.skatewarehouse.com

Or a local skate shop .

  3. Get a element deck there the best or plan B there good too then get some ventures or destructos trucks they come with bushings and kingpins then get some FKD sawblade bearings for the wheels get some autobahn wheels or spitfires. then you need some hard ware to put the trucks on the skateboard and griptape. and i recommend some risers for your trucks so you dont get wheel bite
